Prayer requests in short version down below

Hi everyone,
It was a very busy month. Last year in April we moved here and had no idea what to do and where to start…
Very exciting to see what has happened since then:

We’re legal and have a place:
Finally we are a legal non profit org. (I just got the mail today)
God is so good. I’ve been fighting for this two months now, because we need it to be able to rent a place and sign a contract.
And we are very desperate for a new place, as we don’t really fit in the place we are meeting in now anymore, God has provided a new place for us.
It is located on the main street through Heidelberg, and has a nice big window towards the front. We will be able to seat 80 people and have a great kids room plus a coffee bar for about 20 seats and a small office…
As it is the LORDs will I will be able to sign the contract next Monday may 5th. Because we will do all the renovation needed we got a good rent price for the next two years.
Be praying that this whole renovation project might work out good that we might be able to get people involved from the church and also that the finances needed will come in.
We really want to trust the LORD in that… He has lead us up to here and he will lead us on…
The good thing is that we have a handyman in our church who already has renovated two complete houses by himself and a church.
He will be leading the building project. Praise the LORD for people like that…

The LORD works:
The most beautiful thing to watch the LORD doing here is the growth amongst the people he brings.
There is one girl, that has come regularly since Dec. and just two weeks ago she told us what the Lord did since she came to CCHD: She was a Christian for four years already, but was not interested in meeting other Christians, had a relationship all that time with a non Christian doing things she shouldn’t have done and smoking pot…
 And God was able to break through and clear all that up in the last months and now she is thinking about going to the CC Bible college in Siegen…
And this is only one example… GOD is great!!!!!
Another guy the Lord brought to us is a Arabic Israeli who is a Christian and is waiting to be excepted by the Jerusalem University to study Hebrew. He is in very difficult situation as his parents hate him being a Christian plus wanting to study Hebrew and Hebrew history in Jerusalem. By the Jews he is not really liked because he is no Jew… so he is in a rather tough situation, but we see how the LORD has brought him to us to minister to him in this situation by the love of Jesus Christ…

Bible College:
Last week seven people from our church had the chance to visit the bible college in Siegen that just started up in Feb.
It was an absolute blast for everyone.
I hope some of those got so excited about CCBC that they might go there next semester.

Private:
On Monday my wife and me will have our first vacation together since we moved here, and we will visit Ken Scott in Scotland for five days…
In this last week we really saw how much we need that…
Praise the LORD that we can do that…

Here the requests in short version:
Praise    - that we finally are a legal non profit org.
- that we have the possibility of a new place
- for what the LORD is doing in peoples lives.
That the signing of that contract for the new place on Monday 5th might work out good, and we might be able to agree on the still open points.
That the renovation project might work out smoothly and the needed support (helpers and money) might be there as needed.
Some people might get excited about going to CCBC in Siegen next semester.
That our vacation might be a blessing to Ken and Evie Scott but also to us.
